- Technical information needed for security and delivery, such as browser type, request time, temporary download tokens, hosted-access tokens, and hosted interactive device records.

3Payments
Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider such as Lemon Squeezy. Zawyati does not store full card numbers or banking credentials on the website. The payment provider may process payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and receipt information under its own policies.
4File Delivery
Paid printable files may be delivered through private download links. Interactive files may be delivered through private online links. Hosted interactive access uses a browser/device record and cookie-like device identifier to allow legitimate access while limiting sharing. These links and access records should not be shared publicly.
5Necessary Cookies and Analytics
Zawyati uses only the cookies and similar browser storage needed to run your account, protect paid access, remember allowed lesson devices, and keep the website secure. These necessary cookies are not used for advertising and are not sold to anyone.
- Account cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days and protect account actions such as checkout, device management, and sign out.
- Device cookies help remember allowed lesson devices so paid interactive lessons open for the right account while limiting broad link sharing.
- Limited analytics may record page visits, resource clicks, language choice, delivery events, hosted-access events, and technical problems so the website can be improved.
Zawyati does not currently use advertising cookies or marketing pixels. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are added later, Zawyati should ask for a separate choice before using them. Lemon Squeezy and other payment or hosting providers may use their own cookies on their own services under their own policies.
6Data Sharing and Processors
Zawyati does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when needed to process payments, deliver files, host the website, send or receive support messages, comply with legal requirements, or protect the website. Relevant third-party services may include Lemon Squeezy, Cloudflare, email providers, and analytics/hosting tools.
7International Processing
Some service providers may process or store information outside Oman because payment, hosting, email, and analytics services often use international infrastructure. Zawyati uses these services to operate the website, deliver orders, and provide support.
8Student Data
Please do not send student marks, class lists, private student records, or unnecessary personal information through the website. If a custom request needs sample material, remove student names and private details first.
9Children and Parent Support
Zawyati resources are educational, but purchases and support requests should be handled by teachers, parents, guardians, or other responsible adults. Children should not send private personal information, student records, or payment details through the website.
10Retention
Order and request records may be kept for support, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, and file-delivery purposes. Hosted device records may be kept while access support is needed. Analytics are kept in an aggregated or limited form to help improve the website.
