Refund Policy
Zawyati sells independent digital educational resources. Because digital files and private links can be accessed immediately after delivery, refunds are handled carefully and fairly.
1Digital Products
Once a digital file, ZIP pack, or private interactive link has been delivered, downloaded, opened, or accessed, purchases are generally non-refundable. This protects the value of digital resources that cannot be returned like a physical product.
2Interactive Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions aren't refunded once access has started, except for a duplicate charge or a technical access problem we can't fix.
Full Year purchases and upgrades can be refunded within 24 hours, as long as the lessons haven't been meaningfully used. Refund requests are reviewed and are not automatic. Approved refunds end Full Year access right away.
If a Full Year upgrade refund is approved, Full Year access ends immediately. Any time left from your original monthly subscription continues only until that paid month ends.
Cancelling stops future renewals. It doesn't automatically refund the period you've already paid for.
3When a Refund or Replacement May Be Offered
- You bought the wrong file and contact Zawyati before accessing or downloading it.
- The delivered file is broken, missing, or cannot be opened, and Zawyati cannot fix or replace it.
- The product delivered is clearly different from the product title or description.
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
4Delivery and Access Limits
Printable ZIP products currently allow 2 successful downloads within a 24-hour token window. Interactive products open through private hosted lesson links. Hosted lesson links are valid for 30 days at a time and can be refreshed by returning to the saved Zawyati delivery page for the same paid order. Hosted interactive access may be limited to up to 2 browser devices.
5Corrections Before Refunds
If a resource has a technical delivery problem, missing file, obvious mismatch, or correctable content error, Zawyati may first provide a replacement, correction, fresh delivery link, or support fix before a refund is considered.
6Custom Requests
Custom resources are quoted before payment. After custom work begins, refunds may be limited because time has already been spent creating the file. If there is a problem, Zawyati will first try to revise or correct the file based on the agreed request.
7Rush Delivery
Rush delivery fees are usually non-refundable once the rushed work has started, unless Zawyati cannot complete the agreed rush service.
8How to Request Help
Contact Zawyati within 24 hours of purchase with your order reference, the product name, and a clear explanation of the issue.
