By using Zawyati or buying resources from Zawyati, you agree to these terms. Zawyati provides independent English educational resources for teachers, parents, and students.
1Independence and Curriculum Alignment
Zawyati is an independent educational resource website. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Oman Ministry of Education, Pearson, York Press, or any textbook publisher. References to Oman curriculum, grades, semesters, units, or classroom skills are used only to describe curriculum alignment and intended educational use.
Zawyati resources are not official Ministry resources, official exams, textbook pages, publisher materials, or official answer keys.
2Resources and Use
- Resources may include printable worksheets, exams, answer guides, unit packs, interactive activities, and custom files.
- Purchased resources are for personal classroom, tutoring, school, or home learning use.
- You may print and use the files with your own students or children.
- You may not resell, republish, upload, or publicly share paid files or private links.
3Free Samples
Free samples are provided so visitors can review quality and style before buying. Free samples may change or be removed at any time.
4Paid Products
Paid products may be delivered as PDF files, ZIP files, or private online links. Printable ZIP downloads currently allow 2 successful downloads within a 24-hour token window. Interactive lesson links are private, can be refreshed through the saved Zawyati delivery page, and may be limited to the buyer and up to 2 browser devices. Private links should not be shared publicly.
5Custom Requests
Custom worksheets, exams, and interactive activities are quoted before payment. Work begins after the buyer approves the quote and any required payment terms. The final scope depends on the agreed request details.
6Accuracy
Zawyati aims to provide careful, curriculum-aligned resources, but teachers and parents should review each file before classroom, homework, quiz, or exam use. Zawyati does not guarantee that any resource will match an official exam, future Ministry assessment, textbook exercise, or school test exactly. If you find an error, contact Zawyati so it can be corrected where possible.
7Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Lemon Squeezy. Additional provider terms may apply during checkout.
For online lesson subscriptions, cancelling stops future renewals. It doesn't automatically refund the period already paid for, and lesson access normally continues until the paid period ends.
Monthly subscriptions aren't refunded once access has started, except for a duplicate charge or a technical access problem Zawyati can't fix.
Full Year purchases and upgrades can be refunded within 24 hours, as long as the lessons haven't been meaningfully used. Refund requests are reviewed and are not automatic. Approved refunds end Full Year access right away.
If a Full Year upgrade refund is approved, Full Year access ends immediately. Any time left from the original monthly subscription continues only until that paid month ends.
8Availability
Zawyati tries to keep the website and private links available, but access may be interrupted by hosting, internet, payment-provider, or maintenance issues.
9Intellectual Property
Zawyati resources, designs, worksheets, interactive activities, written materials, original passages, questions, answer guides, and original visual assets are protected content unless clearly marked otherwise. Do not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, or publicly share paid resources without permission.
Textbook titles, publisher names, Ministry names, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Zawyati does not claim ownership of third-party marks and avoids using them as branding.
10Rightsholder Contact
If you believe any Zawyati material infringes your rights, contact Zawyati with the exact URL or file name, your rights basis, and a short explanation. Zawyati will review the report and, where appropriate, remove, disable, or replace the material.
